Right around mid 2005 I was selling cars at a great dealership. A smile and lots of energy always in such high demand, I began to experiment with drugs. Shortly after taking hallucinogens, I believe I opened a doorway into darkness. This is my account of what transpired shortly thereafter.
Around three o' clock in the afternoon I got home from work early. I clicked on the TV, with the sun shining bright outside. I was watching scooby doo of all things. Sprawling on the couch, mind you, completely sober. I was violently shaken by something I could not see. I was instantly paralyzed, the only time in my life I have ever frozen. I have a background with military/law enforcement training. Also with a couple years of working Security in two major hospitals. Never in my life in any situation have I froze. That afternoon, I was honestly frozen in fear. After what felt like an eternity, which was probably no more than a couple of minutes, I rose to my feet. When the ashtray on my coffee table started rattling. I watched without much choice as it flew across the room. I rushed into my kitchen grabbed my car keys and made my way to the front door. Before I could grab the handle, something grabbed me by the throat and cut my air off. I couldn't see anything, and even now thinking about it, my body is covered in goosebumps. I called out to God, and it stopped. Instantly, in fact. I ran to my car, and shortly moved out of that house, and refused to enter that house again alone.
Now here is the strangest part, up until that time, I did not believe in ghost or demons. I was a total skeptic to all of it. Since then, I have never had one more experience in my life, nor do I ever wish to have another one. This phenomena is real. It did leave me with a lot of questions. I have spent the last 5 years searching for answers to explain this.
This is just one of many crazy stories of my life. However, this is the only supernatural one to ever occur.
